Heavy up on the ginger and garlic. Maybe cook the shrimp a bit before adding to the bok choy so you don't dilute too much while steaming.

Ingredients for 3 servings

1 1/2 lb baby bok choy, cleaned and trimmed

1 1/2 tbsp canola oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1 lb small shrimp, cleaned & deveined

3 tbsp vegetable, chicken or shrimp broth

salt to taste

1/2 tsp sesame oil

roasted sesame seeds, optional (for garnish)
