  • ¾ lb carrots (about 2½ carrots), roughly chopped
  • 1 c coconut meat, roughly chopped
  • 1½ Tbsp shallots, diced
  • ½ c coconut water
  • ½ c orange juice
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp miso
  • Pinch of cumin
