1 pinch salt (pref fine sea salt)

3 cups buttermilk

.5 cups whole milk

3 eggs

1/3 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons lemon zest

juice 1 lemon

2 tablespoons toasted poppy seeds

1.5 cups Greek Yoghurt or Labneh

.5 cups Light fragrant honey

1 cup lemon curd (recipe follows)
