1 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon salt

2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced

3 large garlic cloves, minced

4 tablespoons plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt

4 whole quail

5 cups loosely packed baby greens

1/4 cup finely chopped red or white onion

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

1 to 2 tablespoons walnut oil
