grill seasoning (recommended ( Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick)

1 lime, juice of

2 teaspoons hot sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 cup apple juice

2 cups shredded lettuce or iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce hearts

1/4 seedless cucumber , thinly sliced lengthwise then cut into sticks

3 tablespoons dark soy sauce (Tamari)

1 cup shredded carrot

4 crusty rolls

3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
