Oil, for frying

Dash Crystal Hot sauce

2 large heads romaine lettuce, washed, ribbed and patted dry

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Dash Worcestershire sauce

1 cup masa flour

1 tablespoon dried oregano

8 egg yolks

4 anchovy fillets

1 tablespoon onion powder

4 small garlic cloves

Salt

1 fresh lemon, juiced

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons garlic powder

12 ounces homemade croutons

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

3 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, peeled into long strips

2 tablespoons salt

Creole seasoning, recipe follows
