1/4 tsp. Tabasco

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 cup chopped garlic

1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger

1/4 cup sea salt

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

3 1/2 lbs. baby back ribs, cut into 6- or 7-rib
