Ingredients for 8 servings

1 cup carrot , diced

1 cup light cheddar cheese

1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup frozen corn

1 onion , diced

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (I guesstimate this)

1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (use more or less, depending on the heat you want)

1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans , drained and rinced

1 cup celery , diced

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 garlic cloves , minced

1/8 cup barley

1/8 cup dried lentils

1-2 cup water , enough to fill the dutch oven you are using

28 ounces canned tomatoes

1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas , drained and rinced
