1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Makes about 16 3-in round tart shells or 2 10-inch tart shells with leftover

5 ounces butter , cut into 1 inch pieces, softened but not melting

1/4 cup honey

2 lemons, zest of

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Graham Cracker Tart Shells

1 tablespoon sugar

2 1/2 cups blueberries

Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 cups

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Blueberry Topping

1 cup butter , room temperature

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar
