1/4 cup maple syrup

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

2/3 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

1/2 cup dried cranberries
