Ingredients for 4 servings

1 x Small tomato cut into small pieces

1 x egg, beaten lightly - I put the egg in a measuring cup but a bowl will do also

1 cup I used vegetable broth but chicken broth may be used

Some chopped cilantro

A splash of sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste
