This dish is delicious! I am a HUGE potato fan and you can barely tell a difference. For added flavor I did garlic salt and black pepper at the very end and its amazing! So happy to love this dish! It will certainly help me in my weight loss goal and want in living a healthy lifestyle : )

Delicious! You don't even need the butter! So good but makes a very small portion! It makes probably a serving for one person!

I love these. I made it for the first time last week for my guy and he didn't know they weren't potatoes until I let him in on the secret a few hours after dinner.

For an added indulgence I like to add 2-3 ounces of low-fat or fat-free cream cheese to the puree for extra creaminess.

This is the Bomb! I am working at cutting down on Carbo's and fat so this is a great substitute. I have used 1/2 and 1/2, Almond milk, and skim milk. Still get the same great results. I make enough for 3-4 meals and they heat up great in the Micro.

So glad you like this skinny substitute! Yes, fat free 1/2 and 1/2 is basically thickened skim milk. We use it because it has no saturated dad lives with us and his heart surgeon suggested we make the switch. Do whichever you like best...the important thing is that you're eating cauliflower rather than starchy spuds! :) lmc
