Best chicken I have ever made. I used almond flour and skipped the honey to make it Whole30 friendly. The sauce is really delicious especially from the lemon juice. Highly recommend it!!

I actually turned the recipe Paleo- substituting the following: Flour with coconut flour Vegetable oil with coconut oil Butter with ghee I paired it with asparagus Yummy!

I always loved chicken piccata when dining out...this recipe is easy and consistent no matter whether I cook it or my husband does the cooking. Love the touch of honey.

2 large chicken breasts

1/2 cup flour

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 scallions white part only, minced

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup chicken stock

1 teaspoon honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons parsley minced

2 tablespoons capers

1 teaspoon lemon zest finely zested
