1 1/4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup granulated maple sugar or granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk

1 cup low-fat (1%) milk

6 Tbs. melted unsalted butter

1/8 tsp. almond extract

1 1/2 cups or frozen blueberries

2 to 3 ripe bananas, for garnish
