  • 2 cups Mung sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes (cut into two)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper minced
  • 1 orange (peeled and sliced)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
