1/4 cup chicken breast , marinated and grilled (cut into strips or diced, whichever you prefer)

2 tablespoons salsa

1 tablespoon green onion , sliced (optional)

Salad

3 ounces romaine lettuce , chopped

tortilla chips

Salsa Ranch dressing

1 tablespoon cheddar cheese , grated (use your favorite Mexican blend)

1/4 cup tomato , diced

1/4 avocado (sliced or diced)

1/4 cup black bean salsa, drained well (I use Bek's Black Bean Salsa/Pico De Gallo )

2 tablespoons black olives , pitted and sliced

1 tablespoon ranch dressing
