Ingredients for 5 servings

1 1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter (1/4 pound, or one stick)

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

8 tablespoons sour cream

2 cups mashed banana (mash lumpy)

1 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon rum (optional, but Fleur always makes it with rum!)

1 cup of dried cherries golden raisins and strawberries (optional, but Fleur always includes these!)
