1 cup dry white wine or fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup chopped seeded plum tomato (2 tomatoes)

1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 pound sea scallops, cut in half horizontally

3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 1/2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon grated fresh Parmesan cheese
