5 1/2 cups rolled oats, ground in a food processor or blender

8 cups (2 pounds) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

3/4 cup non-diastatic malt powder, for best malt flavor; OR sugar

5 tablespoons baking powder

1 1/2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon*

2 1/2 cups malted milk powder

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups cinnamon chips*

*We really love these with the cinnamon and cinnamon chips; it's almost like eating an oatmeal cookie for breakfast! Feel free to leave them out if you prefer a more traditional pancake.
