6 ozs dark rum
6 Tbsps malt powder, plus extra for garnish
6 scoops chocolate ice cream
12 ozs bittersweet chocolate, shaved
12 ozs seltzer
3 Tbsps coffee beans, crushed (recommended: espresso roast beans)
