1/8 cup slivered toasted almond

seasonal berries

1 dash ground nutmeg

1/2 granny smith apple , chopped

1/2 cup apple juice or freshly squeezed orange juice

honey (Greek thyme honey is awesome)

To serve

1/2 banana , sliced or mashed
