I made this pie with my nieces and nephews and we all had a blast making it. The pie was delicious.

Ingredients for 6 servings

Flour, for rolling

2 pounds peaches, pitted and sliced

2 tablespoons butter, cut into bits

1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 pint blueberries

1/4 cup sugar

1 recipe Basic Pastry Pastry, chilled 30 minutes, recipe follows

Vanilla ice cream, for serving

1 egg, beaten with a drizzle of water

1/2 lemon, juiced
