3 x large pak choi, cleaned

6 x large napa cabbage leaves

8 x mushrooms

3 x thai birdseye chillies

1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/3 cup kecap manis

Rice and finely chopped spring onion

Carrot & snow pea Stir Fry

2 medium carrots, peeled and trimmed

300 g snow peas, trimmed

4 x garlic cloves, roughly chopped

1 x small knob of ginger, roughly chopped

sweet & sour Green Beans

300 g green beans, trimmed

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
