This was delicious. The brown sugar gave it a hint of sweetness and balanced the rosemary nicely. I made it on my George Foreman and it only took 3 minutes per side.

4 pork loin chops (about 1/2 pound each)

1 - 2 teaspoons olive oil for the pan

1 tablespoon rosemary

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cumin
