  • 7 ozs fine ground semolina flour
  • 1 Tbsp fine sea salt
  • 2 packets dried yeast
  • 1 Tbsp golden caster sugar
  • 20 ozs lukewarm water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion , peeled and chopped
  • 1 red pepper , deseeded and chopped
  • 1 zucchini , grated
  • 1 carrot , grated
  • 1/2 small butternut squash , peeled and grated
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 14 ozs canned plum tomatoes
