3/4 cup cream of coconut

1/4 cup water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp coconut extract

2 1/4 cup cake flour, 9 oz, sifted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp table salt

12 tbsp unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), cut into 12 pieces, softened, but still cool

2 cup packed sweetened shredded coconut (about 8 ounces)

6 large egg whites

pinch table salt

1 1/2 lb unsalted butter (6 sticks), each stick cut into 6 pieces, softened, but still cool

1/4 cup cream of coconut

1 1/2 tsp coconut extract

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
