1 cup farro , cook as directed on package

1 handful red onion , chopped

1/4 cup feta , crumbled

1/4 cup walnuts , toasted

1 tbs white wine vinegar

1 tbs lemon juice

1 clove garlic , minced

1/2 tsp oregano

1 handful parsley , chopped
