4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

5 whole cloves

2 bay leaves

2 tablespoons of canadian sherry wine

2 celery ribs , sliced

10-15 white mushrooms , sliced

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons pimientos

2 cups chicken broth , from cooking chickens

2 carrots , sliced

2 large carrots , sliced

4 cups chicken broth

2 celery , sliced
