1/4-1/2 cup feta cheese

1 roasted red pepper, drained and chopped (from a jar)

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 (15 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas , drained or 1 cup dried garbanzo beans , cooked, rinsed and drained

sea salt , to taste

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 garlic cloves , minced

2 teaspoons capers , drained

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tomato , chopped

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)

1 lemon, juice of

pepper , to taste
