1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract,for the zabaglione

1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest,for the zabaglione

1 tbsp millet flour,for the vanilla pastry cream

1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest,for the vanilla pastry cream

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract,for the vanilla pastry cream

1 x Large Egg Yolk,for the vanilla pastry cream

3/4 cup Whole Milk,for the vanilla pastry cream

1 cup chilled heavy cream,for the whipped cream

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract(2.5 ml),for the whipped cream

2 cup brewed chai tea, warmed,to assemble the tiramisu

1/3 cup Mascarpone Cheese(75 g),to assemble the tiramisu

36 x ladyfinger biscuits/savoiardi (you may use less),to assemble the tiramisu

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional),to assemble the tiramisu
