1 cup bread flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup water

1/4 cup powdered soy milk

1/4 cup oat bran

1/4 cup soy flour

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon canola oil
