1/2 cup nut butter (I used walnut and almond butters)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup shredded coconut (I used unsweetened)

1/2 cup dates

artificial sweetener (stevia, maple syrup, whatever you like.)

1 cup raisins

1 cup oats
