2.0 tsp garlic powder or garlic granules

250.0ml red wine vinegar

2.0 tsp ground cumin

half an onion , chopped

50.0g tamarind purée

3.0 tbsp sugar

half a small tin of chopped chipotle peppers , or use 2tbsp chipotle chiles in adobo

125.0ml tomato ketchup

142 ml carton double cream

4 garlic cloves , roasted (wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 180C/fan 160C/gas 4)

unsalted butter

2.0 tsp Worcestershire sauce
