Ingredients for 12 servings

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

2/3 cup oats

1 cup Grape Nuts cereal

3/4 cup raisins (I used golden)

1 cup shredded coconut (I could only find sweetened)

1/3 cup unsalted almonds, chopped

1/3 cup unsalted cashews, chopped

1 x cinnamon stick, ground

2 tbsp flax seed

1/4 cup warm water

1 1/2 cup cooked Great Northern Beans

15 x dates, seeds removed and chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp canola oil

1/2 cup applesauce
