1 can (14 1/2 ounces) low-salt chicken broth

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced peeled tomatoes, drained

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) canned hominy, drained

2 cups cubed braised pork loin (from Master Recipe)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

8 sliced radishes

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
