Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

2 teaspoons cinnamon, preferably Vietnamese

4 fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
