1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup muesli with lots of fun fruit and seeds.. (raisins, sunflower seeds, mango, pineapple, etc) (from a bulk foods bin at Home Economist)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup ground flax seed

1/4 cup brown sugar

4 dried peaches diced

a sprinkle of shredded coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp kosher salt

1 1/4 cups skim milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla
