1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

3/4 teaspoon. salt

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional 3/4 – 1 cup dried cranberries
