A friend's mother made this soup often and sent it to work for us, years ago. She also added chunks of corn on the cob (fifths of an ear) into the simmering soup, at least one portion for each person - it was amazing!

Ingredients for 4 servings

3-4 split Chicken breasts

2 cup Chicken broth

2 cup Cabbage - shredded

1 x Yellow Squash

2 x Zucchini squash

8 x Yukon Gold Potato

1 cup Olive oil (as needed)

1 x Green bell pepper- Cored Seeded

1 x Red pepper flakes

8 Cloves Garlic - Chopped

1 tsp Sage

2 x Balsamic Vinegar

14 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes

pinch Sea salt and Ground pepper (To Test)
