1/2 cup cooked navy beans, drained

1/2 cup cooked kidney beans, drained

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup cooked black beans, drained

1 cup chopped carrot

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

1 cup chopped yellow onion

2 tablespoons tamari

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 cup uncooked bulgur wheat

1 cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

2 jalapeƱo peppers, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup dried mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 20 minutes, then drained and chopped

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1 teaspoon chili powder
