  • 4 tsps light mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt (optional)

  • 2 Tbsps fresh chives , snipped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 ozs skinless white fish fillets (such as haddock or cod)
  • Green Goddess Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley , snipped
  • 2 Tbsps onions , finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream (optional)
  • 3 Tbsps fresh tarragon , snipped (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove , minced (optional)
