1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup (packed) fresh basil

1/4 cup (packed) arugula

3 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds

2 small garlic cloves, peeled

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon coriander seeds

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

The Fish

3 tablespoons pure olive oil

4 opah fillets (6 ounces each), mahi-mahi or other firm-fleshed white fish

Salt and pepper to taste
