1/4 cup Wondra flour (or all purpose flour)

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1 zucchini, diced

1/2 white onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

zest and juice from 1 orange

2 large handfuls baby arugula

1.5 cups orzo

1/4 cup white wine

pinch of saffron threads
