This was delicious and a big hit with everyone. Due to my fridge situation:For the dressing I used follow your heart basil vegannaise and red wine vinegar, and left out the yogurt and it still tasted delicious. I used craisins instead of raisins and toasted some almonds instead of sunflower seeds. I also lightly cooked the broccoli until it was bright green because I like the flavor better than completely raw broccoli. I added some lettuce when I found out there were four (and not two) of us eating. All in all, I think you can play with this recipe a lot and it still works very well.

Ingredients

4 cups small broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)

1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup raisins

1/4 cup salted sunflower seed kernels

1/3 cup light mayonnaise

1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon white vinegar
