I am going to have to try these again. I couldn't get my pumpkin to set up to be able to roll and couldn't get my chocolate melted enough to coat the truffles evenly. They taste good but look horrible! Round 2 tomorrow.

Ingredients

2½ cups white chocolate chunks (1 bag)

1/3 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs, plus more for garnish

1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, plus more for garnish

1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of fine salt

2 ounces cream cheese, softened
