  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated gingerroot
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
