2 tablespoons olive oil

2 carrots, diced or sliced

1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced

6 cups stock of choice

1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes

2 zucchini, diced

1 to 2 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)

6 ounces or so (a handful) green beans, cut into bite-size pieces

2 cups cooked drained white beans (from Master Recipe)

Pesto as desired
