3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground fresh black pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 cup apricot preserves

1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro or flat-leaf parsley

1 garlic clove, peeled, halved, germ removed, and grated on a Microplane grater
