Ingredients

2 (10-inch) flour tortillas

3 teaspoons pureed chipotles en adobo

3 ounces cream cheese (regular or reduced-fat)

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Chimayo chile powder (or any pure New Mexican chile powder)

2 fresh salmon fillets, about 8 ounces each

1 1/2 cups cooked and warmed black beans (preferably spicy)

Tomatillo-Ginger Relish (see recipe in article link)
