1 Package (1 lb 2 oz) “Chicken Style” Seitan, Drained

1 Cup Brown Rice

1 Cup Frozen Corn

Parsley or Cilantro

8 Ancho or Chipotle Chilles, stemmed and seeded

1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Large Pinch Cumin

Scant 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves

2/3 Cup Vegetable Broth

3 Tbs vegetable oil Earth Balance

2 oz. Whole Almonds

1 Tbs Sesame Seeds, toasted (optional)

1 Small Onion, sliced 1/8 inch thick

1/4 Cup Raisins

5 oz. Ripe Tomatoes

Scant 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Chocolate*

2 Slices Bread, toasted

1 Cup Broth

4 Cups Vegetable Broth

About 2 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste

1 Tbs sugar to taste

3 Tbs Earth Balance
